The only true distinction of the private home service and the yachting service is the mobility and sea travel. The exciting challenge arises from properly planning menus, being flexible to changing them and sufficiently provisioning the yacht to accommodate the length of time that it may be sailing throughout the Commonwealth of the The Bahamas.

The yacht services are primarily available (but not limited to) to the Atlantis Resort & Casino Marina as well as Nassau Yacht Haven Marina. Quite often, Captains may need a temporary chef that can assist or relieve the primary yacht chef of some duties or whenever they may have to depart for personal reasons. Additionally, there are many yachts that may need chefs for charters throughout The Bahamas, particularly the Exuma Cays and Abaco (but not limited to them).
